Le Noyel's restaurant is run by chef Marc Noyelle.
After training in a hotel school in Normandy, he traveled all over France and started out in several starred restaurants, such as:
- The Beaulieu reserve (2 stars)
- The castle of the golden goat (2 stars)
- The grand hotel of Cape Ferra
Following these multiple experiences, he opened his own establishment in 2011. The chef advocates traditional cuisine, made from fresh and seasonal products.
